How do I place an order?

All costumes and props at The Mona Nook are handmade or carefully curated in limited quantities. You can place your order anytime through our website. If an item shows as in stock, it is available for immediate purchase. For pre-order or customized pieces, the timeline will be noted on the product page.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 1–2 days with next steps and tracking updates. For custom orders, we may reach out directly to confirm sizing or special requests.

When will I receive my order?

Processing and delivery times depend on the type of product:

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.

  • Pre-order costumes/props: Usually 1–3 weeks to craft and prepare.

  • Customized designs: 2–4 weeks depending on complexity (cloak, jewelry, or full costume).

We’ll always keep you updated via email, and every package includes tracked shipping worldwide.

Can I request changes after it’s finished?

For ready-made items, no modifications are possible.
For custom designs, adjustments may be possible during the design phase (before production begins). Once crafting has started, changes are not guaranteed. Please double-check measurements, styles, and requests before confirming your order.

Can I return or cancel my order?

  • Ready-to-ship items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition (buyer covers return shipping).

  • Customized / Made-to-order pieces: All sales are final. Since these are specially crafted, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.
